I am really enjoying the feel and look of the upholstered plaque.  This raven was difficult to yarn couch because of its color.  I tried to push all the iridescence of the feathers to create dimension.  Metallic black floss was added for additional texture.  The dusty orchid background is hand dye silk radiance fabric, quilted with my blended quilt texture style. It is 14″ round on a walnut base.
