This winter white mid double breasted trench coat was brought to life with a small flock of cardinals in the winter woods.  The birds are enjoying the last of the berries as snow covers the land.  The jacket itself is a sweatshirt-weight jacket, commercially purchased.  As a art-jacket blank, I found the material difficult to stabilize and am unlikely to work on this kind of material again.  However, paired with a red scarf, it is a warm coat!
