Description
This jellyfish temperature quilt pattern is designed for a fusible appliqué style of assembly, however a confident quilter can easily convert the pattern to traditional appliqué methods. Directions are provided for finding temperature data and how to create a temperature graph. This pattern is unusual in that the background of the quilt is quilted first, and the glued jellyfish pieces are added and quilted last, however, a quilter could also change this to suit themselves.
This type of temperature quilt is a little more art and a little less calendar graph, but it is organic, fun, and very very flexible.
