This quilt binding storage tool is designed to accommodate cut binding up to 2.5″ in width as well as folded, prepared binding. It is born from my lack of follow through LOL!  I often cut strips for my binding during the piecing process, but don’t get ALL the way around to its total creation.  This tool is designed to be a perfect home for all stages of keeping binding neat and tidy.

The interior space is 1/8″ more than classic 2.5″ cut binding…so there is a scrap of breathing room for the cut edges not to press against the lovely blue acrylic.

Start wrapping your binding by inserting into the slot, and let the Binding Behave do its job.  It is safe to write on the acrylic with a sharpie marker on any non-inscribed area, and remove the marks with an alcohol wipe later.  This might be handy for noting the project, size or length of binding.

The Binding Behave will hold a king size binding.  Its outside dimension is 4″ x 6″.  Interior is 2 5/8″ x 4″.
